We are a 100% Mexican company with extensive experience in paint coatings, plastic injection molding, assembly, and decoration of plastic components. We deliver high-quality finishes that provide resistance to corrosion and other factors that may damage substrates.
We establish strict process controls, from inspection to packaging and material handling, while implementing quality systems that ensure reliability for our customers.
PRODUCTION LINE
Our production lines are equipped with fully balanced air injection and extraction systems, allowing us to prevent both internal and external contamination of our products. Quality Processes

01. QUALITY SYSTEMS
Our quality systems are aligned with the requirements and specifications of each of our customers. We have measurement equipment and trained personnel to inspect every product processed on our lines.
02. INCOMING INSPECTION STAGE
The first stage of the process is incoming inspection, carried out through sampling upon receipt of shipments at our facility. Parts are checked for defects such as sink marks, flow lines, short shots, flash, dents, and others, ensuring they are in optimal condition for painting.
03. MATERIAL CLEANING
At this stage, 100% of the material to be painted is inspected. Each part is cleaned with isopropyl alcohol to remove particles or dust that could contaminate the painting process. Additionally, ionized air blowing is performed to reduce static charge.
04. IN-PROCESS INSPECTION
Each of our booths is staffed with an inspector who monitors products during processing, ensuring proper coating application performance.
05. FINAL INSPECTION
A 100% visual inspection is carried out to ensure all parts meet quality standards according to the inspection plan agreed upon with each customer.
06. RELIABILITY TESTING
We have an in-house laboratory testing area where thickness, adhesion, hardness, colorimetry, and gloss are verified for our parts, when required by our customers.
Our Services
We operate a range of injection molding machines from Haitian Machinery Ltd, with capacities ranging from 120 to 650 tons. This allows us to adapt to our customers’ specifications, providing the best plastic molding solutions and adding value to their products.
We apply paint to plastic components for automotive interior and exterior applications, achieving high-gloss finishes on parts such as mirror covers, spoilers, moldings, and more. We meet high-quality standards while protecting the substrate and delivering superior surface finishes in a variety of colors.
We apply paint to plastic parts for automotive interiors, such as air vents and dashboards, enhancing their aesthetic appearance while protecting the substrate from environmental factors.
We assemble automotive components with quality control at every stage of the process, ensuring perfect integration and functionality in compliance with our customers’ requirements.
We perform high-precision pad printing on plastic parts, achieving sharp, durable, and visually appealing results, ensuring long-lasting finishes under the highest quality standards.
