Our quality systems are aligned with the requirements and specifications of each of our customers. We have measurement equipment and trained personnel to inspect every product processed on our lines.

The first stage of the process is incoming inspection, carried out through sampling upon receipt of shipments at our facility. Parts are checked for defects such as sink marks, flow lines, short shots, flash, dents, and others, ensuring they are in optimal condition for painting.

At this stage, 100% of the material to be painted is inspected. Each part is cleaned with isopropyl alcohol to remove particles or dust that could contaminate the painting process. Additionally, ionized air blowing is performed to reduce static charge.
