CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY
OBJECTIVE
To communicate the Corporate Responsibility Policies of Metal and Plastic Paint Solutions, S.A. de C.V. to all interested parties, as well as the guidelines established for their compliance.
SCOPE
The Corporate Responsibility Policies apply to all employees and collaborators of Metal and Plastic Paint Solutions, S.A. de C.V.
RESPONSIBILITY
All employees are responsible for understanding and complying with these Corporate Responsibility Policies.
The Ethics Committee is responsible for ensuring the continuous communication and enforcement of these policies, as well as addressing reports related to corruption or bribery.
Management and Directors are responsible for ensuring that the necessary resources are available to comply with the Corporate Responsibility Policies.
AUTHORITY
Only Management and Directors have the authority to request modifications, adjustments, or approvals related to these Corporate Responsibility Policies.
DEFINITIONS
Public Official:
Any government agent or employee, ministry, public department, governmental agency, or international public organization representative.
Code of Conduct:
A formal statement of principles that includes the ethical values and standards that guide the organization.
Corruption:
Any abuse of power intended to obtain personal, corporate, or third-party benefits.
Bribery:
The act of offering, promising, giving, accepting, or requesting benefits or advantages to improperly influence a decision.
Collaborate:
To contribute or assist in carrying out an activity or achieving a goal.
Confidential Information:
Financial, technical, commercial, employee, customer, strategic, or any other restricted information belonging to the company or related third parties.
General Information:
The Ethics Committee is composed of the Human Resources Manager and the Safety & Hygiene Coordinator.

ANTI-BRIBERY AND ANTI-CORRUPTION POLICY
